Tajnīd

The Tehrik-e-Jadid scheme was initiated by Hazrat Khalifatul Masih II (ra) under Divine guidance on 23rd November 1934 in response to a great wave of opposition to the Jamaat, Tahrik-e-Jadid literal translation is “The New Scheme”.

WAQĀR-E-‘AMAL

The Department of Dignity of Labour (Waqar-e-Amal) was established by Hazrat Musleh Maud (ra) as one of the core departments at the time of establishment of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya.

ADDITIONAL TARBIYAT

Tarbiyat Nau Muba`in

The Tarbiyat Nau Muba`in (New Converts Training) Department is responsible for integrating new Ahmadi Muslim Converts into the Jama`at system through a gradual transition into Islamic lifestyle and etiquette.

TARBIYAT

The Tarbiyat department here to make you spiritually fit. The Tarbiyat department encourages Khuddam to increase their practice of Islamic etiquettes such as congregational salat, daily recitation of the Holy Qur’an, reading spiritually uplifting literature, and listening to Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V’s (aba) Friday Sermon.

CHARITY RUNS

Under the direct guidance from Huzoor Anwaraba, Majlis Khuddāmul Ahmadiyya Canada has taken initiative to organize charity runs/walks across Canada. By the grace of Allah, Majlis Khuddāmul Ahmadiyya Canada has been holding several runs across all regions in Canada.

MUQAMI

The Regional Qā’id of Muqāmī Region will (i) be called Muhtamim Muqāmī, (ii) be appointed by the Sadr; and (iii) have the same duties and responsibilities as those of a Qā’id Ilaqa (Regional Qā’id). If Muqāmī (centre) has only one Majlis then there will be no election for Qā’id Muqāmī and the Qā’id Muqāmī will be (i) called Muhtamim Muqāmī; (ii) appointed by the Sadr; and (iii) have the same duties and responsibilities as those of a Qā’id Muqam (Majlis Qā’id).

WAQF NAU

Prepare Waqfeen Nau in a proper manner so that they may be molded in such a way that they are able to utilize their talents towards the progress of the Jamā‘at.

Improve various attributes in Khuddam through sports events like, discipline, sportsmanship, brotherhood, truthfulness, obedience, team spirit, avoidance from foul language and temper control etc.

Develops basic, professional and trades skill sets in members.

• Soft skills/internet/email/typing.
• Basics of automobile checks.
• Basic First Aid (in co-ordinate with the Khidmat-e-Khalq Department).
• Basic household skills.

Assist Khuddam by providing career counseling services. These services should include, but not be limited to:

• Job search techniques.
• Resume writing/critiquing skills and interview skills.
• Collection of various resources available in the industry e.g. government sponsors program, job fairs, employment agencies etc.
• Information packages should be provided to Members.

Ensure that Namaz (Prayers) is offered at its appropriate time during all sporting events.

Inculcate the habit of starting all sporting events with silent prayers.

Encourage the habit of morning walk among Khuddam.

Introduce such sports in Khuddam that will be beneficial in their later life, like:

Help improve the general health of Khuddam by educating them about healthy activities and personal hygiene.

Educate Khuddam about work place related injuries, repetitive strain injuries, proper seating postures etc.

Organize year round local and Inter-Majalis competitions.

Emphasize to Khuddam the ill effects of lack of physical activity on the human body.

Arrange facilities for regular sporting activities in Majlis.

Improve various attributes in Khuddam through sports events like, discipline, sportsmanship, brotherhood, truthfulness, obedience, team spirit, avoidance from foul language and temper control etc.

Encourage Khuddam to have regular dental, eye and annual physical checkup.

Write articles that are aimed at improving Khuddam’s health and related issues such as eating habits, personal hygiene, smoking etc.

Represent Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Canada in other communities by participating in sporting events after formal approval.

Encourage interested Khuddam to become certified referees by taking courses.

Arrange for picnics and/or Kulo Jammiyya (pot lucks) for Khuddam and Atfal to promote outdoor activities, brotherhood and sense of sharing.

Organize hiking and camping trips.

Establish a database of Khuddam consisting of various skills, professions and businesses.

Teach New Skills by having individual and collective Training Sessions.

Develops basic, professional and trades skill sets in members.

Generate income for Majlis. This can be done by organizing stalls, collecting advertisement/sponsorship.

Assist Khuddam by providing career counseling services. These services should include, but not be limited to:

Encourage Khuddam to open businesses and provide support to members looking for jobs.

Urge Khuddam to prepare items for display at exhibitions organized by the Majlis. Some categories in the exhibition can be as follows:
